Replacing the LocalView module

Replacing the LocalView module

I

The LocalView module is used exclusively in the rack model.

It is delivered in a module frame which engages in the bay. The engage-
ment lock must therefore be pressed for removal of the module frame.

Requirements

–

The server has been switched off

–

The power cables have been uplugged

–

Rack model only: The server has been pulled out

–

The housing cover has been removed

–

The CD/DVD drive has been removed (see Options Guide)

Removing the LocalView module

Ê

For easier access, unplug the cables to the control panel and the control
panel board from the SCSI backplane.
