Overview
To retract the LCD panel, simply reverse the pulling-out procedure.
At this time, make sure the panel is facing straight upwards before retracting it.

Operation of the LCD Panel
Usually, the initial screen is displayed on the LCD. Use the cursor keys at the side of the display to see
various information messages.
Use and to switch between information types.
The information messages can be scrolled using or . After scrolling to the last message, the
display goes back to the first one.

Types of Information Displayed on the LCD Panel
The following types of information are displayed on the screen.

System Information
The current system states such as the server name, and the IP address, the operating system in use are
displayed.
●
Error Log
Information on the errors that have occurred is displayed. An error is displayed in two lines. The first
line shows a description of the error and the second line shows the date and time when the error
occurred.
Up to 52 error logs can be displayed. If required, check them following "9.3.2 Viewing the System
Event Log" ( pg.273)
●
BIOS POST Code
The POST code which the BIOS outputs at the I/O port 80h in the boot process is displayed.
