Cabling the 4x 3.5-inch HDD extension box

Connect the SAS cable C11 from backplane connector X9 to the expander
board connector X12 (1).

Connect the power cable C6 from backplane connector X40 to the system
board connector PWR 12V3 (2).

If applicable, connect the power cable and the SATA cable of the ultraslim
ODD to the system board (see section

"Installing the ultraslim ODD" on

page 418

If applicable, connect the OOB cable (see cabling plan in
