Unlimited Cable Routing
In SCSI LVD operation the SCSI cables can be fastened unrestricted to the
articulated cable carriers. The units can thus be pulled out later without any
further preparations.
Ê
Route the cables via the articulated cable carrier and secure them with
included cable ties.
Ê
Check to see if the units can be pulled out without breaking or even over-
stretching the SCSI cables.

Connecting the Server to the Mains
The server is equipped with a modular power supply, consisting of a maximum
of three hot-plug power supply units. Depending on the configuration of the
server with drives, processors and boards, a redundant power supply can be set
up with two or three power supply units. If a defect occurs in one power supply,
the respective other power supply units ensure unimpaired further operation.
The defective power supply unit can be replaced during operation.
The power supply units automatically set themselves to a voltage range from
100 V to 240 V.
