Upgrade and Maintenance Manual

System board and components

Reconnect all cables to the system board. For a complete cabling overview,
see section

"Cabling overview" on page 420

"Resuming BitLocker functionality" on page 96

Enable TPM in the system board BIOS. Proceed as follows:

Switch on or restart your server.

As soon as the startup screen appears, press the

[F2]

function key to

enter the BIOS.

Select the

Configuration

menu.

Select the

Security Configuration

submenu.

Set the

TPM2 Support

setting to

Enabled

Set the

TPM2 Operation

setting to

Clear

Save your changes and exit the BIOS.

For detailed information on how to access the BIOS and modify
settings, see the corresponding BIOS Setup Utility reference manual.
