CHAPTER 2 PRIMEPOWER650 Rack-mount Type (8U) Server

Note 1: The AC input power cables, including one for a PSU expansion unit, are

supplied with the main unit. It is recommended that the power cable for a

PSU expansion unit be installed when the main unit is installed. If this has

been done, no additional power-related construction is required to install the

PSU expansion. The AC input power cable is not supplied with the PSU

expansion. PSU expansion is required for the installation of five or more

CPU modules.

Note 2: Hot swapping of power supplies requires a redundant PSU.
