Did you fan the document before loading it on the

copier or laser printer?

Fan the document three or four times to remove static electricity from the paper.

Is the document stack less than 20 mm (0.79 in.)
thick (10 mm (0.39 in.) when the document size is
larger than A4/Letter)?
