Chapter 11 Collecting Troubleshooting Information

This chapter describes the method for troubleshooting if a problem occurs during the Upgrade Installation process.

The troubleshooting method differs according to the way the Upgrade Installation fails.
Use the appropriate method according to the problem type.

11.1 In Case of Problem During Upgrade from Version 14.x

After the problem has been diagnosed and solved, restart the upgrade process from the beginning.
