When the backup fails, after confirming the output error message and removing the cause of the failure, execute the shell
script again.

Execute the following commands, and then eject the DVD-ROM.

# cd /

# umount dvdromMountPoint

Back up the AdvancedCopy Manager daemon start and stop script of the Managed Server transactions.

On the primary node and the secondary node, back up the AdvancedCopy Manager daemon start and stop script of the
Managed Server transactions.

9.4.2.2 Performing Upgrade (Primary Node)

Note that if step 1 through step 3 have already been performed, perform from step 4.

1.

Login to the server on which to perform the tasks. Perform operations after logging in with root (superuser).

2.

Insert the DVD-ROM "ETERNUS SF SC/ACM/Express Mediapack (Agent Program and Manual)" for this version into the DVD-ROM
drive.

3.

Mount the DVD-ROM.

Example for Solaris

# mount -F hsfs -o ro /dev/dsk/c0t4d0s0 dvdromMountPoint

In command example, the device name of the DVD-ROM drive is mounted as /dev/dsk/c0t4d0s0. The device name of the DVD-
ROM drive may differ depending on the device.

Example for RHEL5/RHEL6

# mount -t iso9660 -r /dev/cdrom dvdromMountPoint

4.

Install the AdvancedCopy Manager's agent.

Execute the following commands to install the AdvancedCopy Manager's agent.

# cd environmentDir

# ./swsetup
