Power Supply Units
The power supply unit transforms input AC power from a power socket to DC power and supplies power to each
component. Each power supply unit contains fans.
A drive enclosure has two power supply units, which makes it possible for a failed unit to be replaced while the
system is running.

This switch is used to turn on and off the AC power supply.

This inlet is used to connect a power cord.

Drives
Up to 24 drives can be installed in a single drive enclosure for the ETERNUS AF250 S3 and ETERNUS AF650 S3.
Drives can be added during system operation. When an error occurs, replacement operations can be performed
while the system is running.
