For OS Dump settings, even if reboot after obtaining the dump is set, it may not reboot at hard-
ware failure. Hardware failure should be fixed immediately, however, when uninterrupted oper-
ation is necessary, set reboot with Software Watchdog.
For details and setting procedures for Software Watchdog, refer to "3.4 Serious Error Handling
(ASR)" in "ServerView User's Guide" on the PRIMERGY Document & Tool CD.
Paging File Setting
Set up the paging file according to the following procedures:

Log on to the server with administrator privileges.

Check free space of the drive where the system is installed.
Check the required amount of free space according to " Checking Hard Disk Free Space"
( pg.134).
If the drive has no free space, refer to " Cannot Collect the Memory Dump" ( pg.241).

Click [Start]

[Control Panel]
→
[System].
The [System Properties] window appears.

Click the [Advanced] tab and click [Settings] in [Performance].
The [Performance Options] window appears.
