Working with the notebook
Adjusting the volume
► Set the desired volume with the key combination Fn + F4 or Fn + F5 .
or
► Double-click on the speaker symbol in the taskbar and on Mixer .
or
► Select Start symbol – (Settings) – Control Panel – Hardware and Sound
– Sound: Adjust system volume .
► Use the slide control to change the volume.

► To turn the speaker on or off, double-click on the speaker symbol in the taskbar.
Wireless LAN/Bluetooth radio components
The installation of a wireless LAN/Bluetooth module not approved by Fujitsu Siemens
Computers GmbH voids the permits (CE!) issued for this device.

Check whether the wireless LAN module is activated/deactivated in
the installed wireless LAN software.

► Activate or deactivate the wireless LAN module with the key combination Fn + F1 .
Con fi gure wireless Internet connection
With just a few steps you can wirelessly connect your AMILO Mini to the Internet.
WLAN On
► Press the Fn key, keep it pressed, then press the F1 key.
The following window is displayed:
► Set the Wireless LAN to On and click on the button with the green tick.
The WLAN functionality of your AMILO Mini is activated.
