4.3.4 Special Film Channel Setting (0223)
This menu is for setting up the automatic condition selection
function for the special monotone film by reading its DX code.

[Procedure]
Register the DX code and name of the special monotone film
(which uses color developer) in this mode.
Register or delete channel for DX code of the special monotone
film. Also fine-adjust the slope (for color) and balance (for black &
white).
<DX Code and Film Name Registration>
1. Pre-scan the film to be registered on the view and order
screen.
2. Click the [ i ] button of the status icon at the lower left-hand
corner of the screen.
• The “System Information and Operations Setup” screen
appears.
3. Click the [ i ] button of the “Status Display”.
• The “Status Display” dialog box appears.
4. Record the DX code.
5. Proceed to the Menu 42E screen.
6. Enter the DX code recorded in the “DX Code” box.
7. Enter the film name (30 letters maximum) in the “Film Name”
box using the full keyboard.
8. Click the [Regist.] button.
