4.5Disassembly and Assembly Procedure 

DX100 Service Manual

Replacement procedure

1.

Insert two tabs of the slide rail assembly jig (for frame) to the positioning holes of the 
frame.

2.

Set the External Slide Rail on the slide rail assembly jig (for frame).

3.

Install the External Slide Rail to the printer in the following order.

1. Pull the External Slide Rail in the front side direction.

2. Tighten three screws in the order shown in 

Figure 4-70

 while pressing down the 

External Slide Rail.

When installing the External Slide Rail, move the two Internal Slide Rail 
on the two External Slide Rail on both sides of the printer toward you
