2. Disassembly

Confidential: FUJIFILM Service Center Use Only

2-8. 

Removing the BATTERY PWB ASSY and main capacitor

(1) Remove the 2 screws (M1.7 x L4.5).
(2) Pull off the BATTERY SEAL.
(3) Remove the screw (M1.4 x L3).
(4) Remove the solder in 8 locations.
(5) Remove the BATTERY PWB ASSY.

(6) Remove the 3 screws (M1.4 x L3).
(7) Remove the AF LED PWB ASSY and LED SILICONE.
(8) Peel off the CAP. MYLAR B.
(9) Remove the main capacitor in the direction of the 

arrow.

[Notes on Assembly]

Coat the screws removed in step (6) with a screw locking 
agent.
