4.5   Printing a File in a USB Flash Drive

Important

Do not remove a USB flash drive while it is being accessed. This could damage the data in the USB flash 
drive and the drive itself, rendering it unusable.

Configuring the Settings for PDF/TIFF Print Feature

1.

Insert a USB flash drive into the front USB port of the machine.

2.

Tap [PDF/TIFF Print].

Note

You can also display it by tapping [USB] at the Home screen.

3.

Select a file to print, and tap [OK].

4.

Scroll the screen to change print settings as needed.

[Select File]

Display the file list screen.

[Output Color]

Specify whether to print in color or black and white.

[Quantity]

Tap + (plus) or - (minus), or tap the numeric keys to specify the number of printouts.
