Print Driver Settings
Setting Items per Model
This section explains the setting items per model added to the print driver, per OS.

• For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003
From the [start] ([Start] for Windows Server 2003) menu, select [Printers and Faxes]. Select the icon of the
printer and select [Properties] from the [File] menu.
• For Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008
From the [Start] menu, select [Control Panel] > [Hardware and Sound] > [Printers]. Select the icon of the printer
and select [Set printer properties] from the menu bar.
• For Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2
From the [Start] menu, select [Devices and Printers]. Right-click the printer icon and select [Printer properties].
• For Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012
On the Windows desktop, right-click the bottom left corner of the screen, select [Control Panel], and [Hardware
and Sound], and then [Devices and Printers]. Right click the printer icon and select [Printer properties].
• Display the Paper/Output Tab, Image Options Tab, Color Options Tab,
Layout/Watermark Tab, and Advanced Tab
• For Windows XP and Windows Server 2003
From the [start] ([Start] for Windows Server 2003) menu, select [Printers and Faxes]. Select the icon of the
printer and select [Printing Preferences] from the [File] menu.
• For Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008
From the [Start] menu, select [Control Panel] > [Hardware and Sound] > [Printers]. Select the icon of the printer
and select [Select printing preferences].
• For Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2
From the [Start] menu, select [Devices and Printers]. Right-click the printer icon and select [Printing
preferences].
• For Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012
On the Windows desktop, right-click the bottom left corner of the screen, select [Control Panel], and [Hardware
and Sound], and then [Devices and Printers]. Right click the printer icon and select [Printing preferences].
