10.5.7 LL limit setting of oxygen concentration

Description



You can set the LL limit of oxygen concentration using this function.
Use the oxygen concentration alarm 1 for the range 1, and the oxygen concentration alarm 2 for the
range 2.



Settable range: 0.001 to 55.000 vol%
