6-4. Wireless Option
The [Wireless Option] tab window on the WLAN Setting screen allows you to configure wireless
connection settings.
• When [Operation Mode] is set to [Access Point]

Wireless Mode

Select the wireless mode.

Max. Connecting
Stations
0 ~ 6 Set the maximum number of stations that can be connected.
Beacon Transmission Interval
Set the interval of beacon transmissions.
15 to 3000 msec (default: 100 msec)
DTIM Interval
Set the interval for DTIM with respect to beacon transmissions.
1 to 255 (default:1)
IP Address Setting
Select [Manual] (default) to manually set the IP address, subnet
mask and gateway.
Select [Manual/DHCP server] to manually set the IP address,
subnet mask and gateway. In addition, the V9 unit functions as a
DHCP server and automatically allocates IP addresses to client
devices requesting for allocation.

Start address
Set the start IP address for allocating IP
addresses to DHCP client devices.
Maximum
number of
DHCP Users
Set the maximum number of devices that
can be allocated an IP address.
Lease time
Set the lease time of IP addresses
allocated to DHCP client devices.
