2. Butterfly cable (44) installation:
- Attach both ends of the butterfly cable (44) to the right & left butterfly arms (11&12) using 2 plastic
covers (63).
- Install pulley no. 14&16 (50) to 2 single pulley blocks (21) using 2 M10X45 bolts (73), 4 washers 10mm
(80) and 2 M10 nylon nuts (86).
- Install pulley no. 15 (50) to the reverse U (20) using 1 M10X45 bolt (73), 2 washers 10mm
(80) and 1 M10 nylon nut (86).
3. Lower cable (45) installation:
- Guide lower cable (45) through leg extension frame (3) in groove of pulley (50).
- Install pulley no. 5 (50) with 2 bushings (54) on leg extension frame (3) using 1 M10X70 hex bolt (70), 2
washers 10mm (80) and 1 M10 nylon nut (86).
- Install pulley no. 6 (50) with 2 bushings (54) on front support frame (4) using 1 M10X70 hex bolt (70), 2
washers 10mm (80) and 1 M10 nylon nut (86).
- Install pulley no. 7 (50) on base frame (1) using 1 M10X45 hex bolt (73), 2 washers 10mm (80) and
1 M10 nylon nut (86).
- Install pulley no. 8 (50) on reverse U (20) using 1 M10X45 hex bolt (73), 2 washers 10mm (80) and
1 M10 nylon nut (86).
- Install pulley no. 9 (50) on base frame (1) using 1 M10X45 hex bolt (73), 2 washers 10mm (80) and
1 M10 nylon nut (86).
- Install pulley no. 10 (50) on U-pulley (19) using 1 M10X45 hex bolt (73), 2 washers 10mm (80) and
1 M10 nylon nut (86).
- Attach the end of the lower cable (45) to base frame (1) using 1 M8X40 hex bolt (76), 2 washers 8mm
(82) and 1 M8 nylon nut (87).
- Attach lower bar (15) or ankle strap (33) to the end of the lower cable (45) using the long chain (35) and
2 pothooks (47).
4. Ab strap cable (46) installation:
- Guide ab strap cable (46) through support frame (10) in groove of pulley (50).
- Install pulley no. 11 (50) on support frame (10) using 1 M10X45 hex bolt (73), 2 washers 10mm (80)
and 1 M10 nylon nut (86).
- Install pulleys no. 12&13 (50) to U-pulley (19), using each 1 M10X45 hex bolt (73), 2 washers 10mm
(80) and 1 M10 nylon nut (86).
- Attach the end of the ab strap cable (46) to base frame (1) using the short chain (34), 1 pothook (47), 1
M8X40mm hex bolt (76), 2 washers 8mm (82) and 1 M8 nylon nut (87).
- Attach ab strap (31) to the other end of the ab strap cable (46) using 1 pothook (47).
