Operation mode DiSEqC
With the option
DiSEqC
you have the pos-
sibility to install the one-cable device behind
the outputs of an multiswitch and can ha-
ve access to more satellites. Instead of the
multiswitch you can also use other DiSEqC-
switcher.
By this you get the offer to have access to a
big portfolio of satellite polarisation planes.
Changes in selection of polarisation plane can
be done easily by software. You don’t need to
reroute the cables.
For realisation you have 4 additional selection boxes in this option. One for each LNB in-
put.
In box you have the possibility to choice between 4 control commands:

SAT-A
•
SAT-B
•
Option-A
•
Option-B
This gives you access to 16 satellite polarisation planes. In default setting DiSEqC is deactivated.
The choice of the plane and sending the according commands happens only during initialisation.
If DiSEqC devices connected to the inputs of one-cable device change their state, you have
to restart the one-cable device. This means plug-off the power cord, wait about 10 sec. and
plug-in the power cord again.
