Removing the hexagon head screw, width = 19
Remove the front current socket:
-
Undo the hexagon head screw
(c)with the n°19 flat spanner
-
Remove the hexagon head screw
Remove along with the screw:
-
belleville spring washer
-
socket star
-
the existing current cable
Removing the hexagon nut, width = 32
-
Undo the hexagon nut (d) with the re-
versible ratchet (C) and the “socket for
socket wrench, width 32
-
Remove the hexagon nut
-
Remove insulating washer
-
Pull out the front (-) current socket to-
wards the front
Mounting the current-socket blanking caps
Mount the current-socket blanking
caps (9):
a)
onto the front (-) current socket
that you removed in Step 4
b)
onto the current socket contained
in the installation kit
The recess (e) must point downwards.
Re-mounting the front current socket
Mount the front (-) current-socket,
complete with its blanking cap:
-
Insert the front (-) current-socket,
working from the outside towards
the inside
-
Insert insulating washer
-
Screw on the hexagonal nut
-
Tighten the hexagonal nut with the
torque wrench and the “socket for
socket wrench, width 32”
-
Thightening torque 35 Nm
IMPORTANT!
The current-socket recess
(e) must point downwards.
