The term “fault” is a collective term for warnings, errors and alarms. The boiler reacts
differently to the three types of message:

In case of warnings the boiler initially
continues controlled operation, giving the
option of resolving the error quickly to
prevent a shutdown.
ERROR
▪ ORANGE warning sign
▪ Message with ORANGE

The boiler follows the shutdown procedure
and remains in "Switched off OFF" status
until the problem is resolved.
ALARM
▪ RED warning sign
▪ Message with RED
background
An alarm triggers a system emergency
stop. The boiler shuts down immediately,
the heating circuit controller and pumps
remain active.
