Always remember to start the batch freezing time
otherwise the production cycle cannot start
(Fig.1).
The residual batch freezing time can be
increased or decreased by acting on the timer at
any time.
After the period of time set on the freezing timer,
the machine automatically switches into storage
mode.
In this mode, the temperature of the ice storage
is kept monitored.
The ice cream preservation function allows to
batch freeze the product for a long time at the
correct temperature and texture directly in the
batch freezing cylinder.
This convenient function allows you to decide to
serve the ice cream according to the batches and
times you consider most suitable.
Turn the thermostat clockwise to maintain over
time a colder product. Turn the thermostat
counterclockwise to keep the product in warmer
temperatures.
- To fill-in cones and cups, lift the lids and use the
supplied scoops to get the amount of product you
want.
To prevent the operator from any risk, lifting the
lid interrupts the beater: always remember to
lower the lid to allow the machine to resume the
preservation operation.
