Food stored in refrigerator compartment freezes

Are the temperature controls in the refrigerator compartments and extra cold 
compartment set to the coldest position?
Is the room temperature below 5°C?
 Is the food close to the cold air exits?

The compressor does not stop automatically

Is too much food being stored?
Are the doors being opened too frequently or kept open too long?
Are the freezer and refrigerator temperature controls set in the coldest position?

Condensation inside the refrigerator

Room temperature is very high or the door has been left open too long.
Liquid foods inside the refrigerator are not in a properly sealed container.

The following are not breakdowns

01. Refrigerant running in pipes gives forth a gentle sound of water running in 

pipes.

02. In a moist season, the outer surface of refrigerator may be covered with 

moisture which should be simply wiped away.

03. The compressor and the rear condenser may be heated to the extent that 

scalding your hand in summer during refrigerator operation.

If these measures do not solve the problem, please contact a maintenance 
service center as soon as possible. 

Noisy running

The appliance has not been properly leveled.
The refrigerator contact with the wall.
The accessories in the refrigerator are placed wrong position.

Appliance does not cool sufficiently

Door has been opened too often, or it has been left open for a while.
The refrigerator is too near to the wall.
Too much food in the refrigerator.

Before calling your service representative check the following items:

Appliance will not work at all

The power supply plug is not inserted in the wall socket or the plug and the 
outlet is loose.
Due to some anomaly in the household electric supply circuit, no power is 
reaching the refrigerator supply socket. This can be checked by plugging in a 
light or any other electric appliance into the suspect socket.

Smell inside the appliance

Some of the food is not properly wrapped or covered.
The inside of the refrigerator needs cleaning.

Refrigerator is warmer than normal

Has the door been opened frequently or for a long time? 
Is the refrigerator so full that the air cannot properly circulate? 
Were hot things place in the refrigerator without first being allowed to cool?
