VARIABLE-SPEED
DRIVE
• One compressor is supplied. In addition to the compres-
sor, the current transformer (CT) and CPT secondaries
are wired as shown in the previous Figure. The load on
the control panel for the compressor motor starter coil
must not exceed a 2 amp load. For larger starters, use
an interposing relay to switch the compres sor motor
drive coil(s).
Notice
Do not install a compressor HAND/OFF/AUTO switch
in the drive package as this would bypass the com-
pressor safety devices.
• The compressor motor CT is installed on any one phase
of the motor leads.
