5. INSTALLATION

5.1 CHANGING FROM A RIGHT-

HAND TO LEFT-HAND VERSION

The unit always comes supplied as a right-hand

version, i.e. with the outdoor air connection on the

right-hand side. The unit can be rotated, i.e. so that

the outdoor air connection is on the left-hand side.

NB: important! Make sure the unit is completely

dead when making the changeover.

Remove the front cover (and associated control panel)

and the rear cover (with associated cable grommet

plate). Then rotate the unit through 180 degrees.

This will move the outlet for the condensate drain from

the right-hand (rear) corner of the unit to the left-hand

(front) corner, as seen from the front of the control unit.

1. Remove the front and rear cover by undo-

ing the fixing screws for both covers.

2. Remove the two screws and cover for the

electrical installation from the front of the unit.

3. Remove the two screws and disconnect

the control panel and mains cable.

4. Disconnect the flat cable.

5. Disconnect the 4-way plug.

6. Remove both screws and the cable

grommet plate at the rear.

NB! The grommets in the illustration may

be replaced by ordinary knock-out holes. If

you need to use these you must use a grom-

met or sleeve to prevent ingress of water.

7. Attach the cable grommet plate to

the opposite side of the unit.

8. Fit the control panel to the opposite side of the

unit. Connect the flat cable and 4-way plug to the

control panel before attaching the panel to the unit.

NB! The plug for the flat cable is polar-

ised to ensure correct fitting.

9. Re-connect the mains cable: L, N, LS and E.

10. Put the cover back on the electrical installation.

11. The arrow stickers on the top of the

covers must correctly match up with the

arrow stickers on the top of the chassis.
