3.5.2.13.2.8

“set threshold” Command

This command sets the groundspeed threshold which is used to determine when the aircraft is
on the ground if an automatic means (Squat Switch) is not configured. This is applicable for the
Light Aircraft (1) Emitter Category, only. A groundspeed of less than the threshold indicates the
aircraft is on the ground.

3.5.2.13.2.9

“set acsize” Command

This command sets the aircraft size that is used to set the aircraft size code transmitted by the
transceiver. Setting this parameter is only required for transceivers.

3.5.2.13.2.10 “set uatant” Command

This command sets the UAT antenna configuration. This should be set for transceivers and
receivers.
