6.4 Extra 6 PRESET PARAMETERS
6.4 Extra
This module offers two additional signal sources that can be mixed with the oscillators
before being routed to the shaper.
To access the extra parameters, press the FILTER module button. If you
press the button more than once, the selection will cycle between filter and
shaper. The extra module’s parameters are accessible in both cases.
In normal mode, the Noise Level can be edited via the fourth encoder. To edit the
Ringmodulator Level , alternate mode has to be enabled via the ALT button.
6.4.1 Noise Level
Sets the mix level of the white noise generator’s output.
6.4.2 Ringmodulator Level
Sets the mix level of the ring modulator. The ring modulator multiplies the output of
the two oscillators and generates a signal that contains the sum and the difference of the
source signals. You can use this to get metallic timbres.
