10. Mounting the Hair Dryers

Important!
Carefully observe the installation and operating instructions of the respective hair dryer
manufacturer.
10.1 Connect the protective earth conductor of the guide block to the protective earth
conductor terminal in the hair dryer.
10.2 Use the cap nuts to fasten the hair dryer to the stay bolts (c, see illustration Chapter 9 )
on the mounting plate of the guide block.
10.3 For further details please consult the Installation and Operating Instructions for the hair
dryer.
11. Function
Push or pull the handle of the guide block to move the hair dryer into the required
position.
12. Maintenance and Servicing
• Include the device in the list of electrical equipment that requires periodic checking.
• Clean the device regularly taking into account the frequency of use and the amount of
soiling that takes place in the respective location.
• If the system does not operate smoothly or there are irregular running noises, clean
and grease the coiled-strip spring or replace it.
