Requirements It is very important that your inline food cabinet is installed correctly and that the
operation is correct before use. Installation must comply with local electrical,
health & safety and hygiene requirements.
Setting Up

Unpacking
Unpack and check unit for damage and report any damage to the carrier and
supplier. Report any deficiencies to your supplier.
Cabinet
Preparation Remove all tapes, ties and packers, used to prevent movement during transit.
Check that all plastic film protection has been removed from surfaces, otherwise
it will melt when the cabinet heats up.
Positioning the
Cabinet With the lower front and back panels removed, a fork-lift or pallet lifter can be
used to position the cabinet in its allocated working position. (A pallet lifter can
be used without removing the back panel).
The front panel is secured by two magnets, and can be removed by pulling on
the bottom edge. The rear panel is secured with screws.
There are casters on either side at the front and back,
and adjustable feet on either side at the front, so the
cabinet can be easily manoeuvred before lowering
the feet.
Using a spirit level, adjust each front foot to ensure the cabinet is level from
front to back and side to side. If the floor is not level, place packing under one
of the castors.
