Caution!

 The ink causes severe eye irritation 

and can cause allergic skin reactions. Inges-
tion of the ink can be harmful to health. 

•

Observe the hazardous substance mark-
ing on the cartridge packaging and the ink 
cartridge.

•

Avoid eye contact with the ink. 

•

Avoid ingestion of the ink.

•

Keep ink cartridges away from children.

• Open the cartridge packaging.

• Remove the ink cartridge from the 

packaging. 

Note: Depending on the model, the ink car-
tridge may be fitted with a clip that acts as a 
transportation protection. 

If the ink cartridge has such a clip: 

• Remove the clip.

• Pull off the protective strip (nozzle protec-

tion).
