Assembly Instructions
Step 1:
Remove protective wrapping and lay all parts on floor. Identify all parts packed in carton against
attached parts list.
Step 2:
Attach Brace Bar (B) to Left/Right Arm (A) at the front and the back of the arms as shown in
Diagram 1, using Short Bolt (D),Washer (F) and Bolt Cover (G).
Step 3:
Attach Seat (C) to Left/Right Arm (A) as shown in Diagram 2, using Long Bolt (E), Washer (F), and Bolt
Cover (G) at the back of the arm and Short Bolt (D), Washer (F), and Bolt Cover (G) at the front of the arm.
NOTE: IT IS USER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE ALL PARTS ARE ASSEMBLED AND TIGHTENED
PROPERLY AND SECURELY.
