WARNING: The travel of the FOR-
MULA THIRTYFIVE 29 fork cannot exceed
140 mm.
- Lubricate the O-Ring (

) with grease (see
“Recommended lubricants”).
- Install the piston and spring assembly (

back into the lower leg. The piston assembly
should be at the same height as the cylinder.
- Install cap (

) into the lower leg with the
larger circumference on top. Secure the cap
with the retention ring (

).
WARNING: Incorrectly positio-
ning the snap-ring (8) may cause the
fork to malfunction and therefore
may cause serious injury or death.
