Creaser Calibration Check 

The creasing position is accurately calibrated at the factory. To check that the machine has 

not lost its calibration during shipping and handling carry out the following procedure: 

1.  Run a proof sheet with a half fold pattern. 

 

 

2.  Measure the distance between the lead edge of the paper and the crease. The 

measurement should equal to the paper length divided by 2. 

 

3.  If the measurement is not within the machine tolerance (± 0.25 mm / ± 0.001”) contact 

your Dealer to perform machine re-calibration.
