Attach the swivel pulley bracket(53#) to the front vertical frame

secure them with 1pc M10X65
Allen bolt(94#),2pcs

10 washers(110#)and 2pc M10 Aircraft nuts(109#) .Repeat the same way to
install another swivel pulley bracket.
