Introduction
The Vocaster DM1 is a dynamic microphone tuned for recording close-
proximity studio-quality voices. We’ve optimised the frequency response
for voice recording for podcasts, broadcasts, and streaming.
The Vocaster DM1 includes:
• A built-in grille and pop filter
• A microphone stand clip
• A cardioid polar pickup pattern.
The Vocaster DM1’s cardioid pickup pattern (See “Polar Pattern” on
page 3), its dynamic capsule, and built-in grille mean you can record
anywhere and capture studio-quality voice recordings.
While we recommend you mount your Vocaster DM1 on a stand using the
included microphone stand clip, it’s designed for rumble free recording so
you can use the microphone hand-held for on-the-go recording.
