7.1 Repair
Attention!
> Defective parts must always be replaced.
> Only use original spare parts
Attention!
> Only install conductive / static dissipative process seals.
7.2 Replacement process seals on follower plate
Loosen the union nuts (1) and remove
retaining ring.
Replace process seals. At versions with 2
process seals first put in the bigger seal and
then the smaller one.
Place the retaining ring on process seal and
align it. Screw the retaining ring to follower
plate.
Attention!
> Only install conductive / static dissipative process seals.
7.3 Transport
Information on the transport in hazardous areas
Attention!
> Avoid electrostatic charge when transporting.
> Observe the internal operating instructions.
8 Disposal
> Empty the drum emptying system, pump, hose and fittings.
> Collect environmentally harmful substances and pumped material in suitable
containers for disposal in an environmentally responsible manner.
> Dispose of scrap, non-repairable or non-reusable parts in an environmentally
responsible manner.
