The ScopeMeter®190 Series III Test Tool (the Product or Test Tool) is a high performance

handheld oscilloscope for troubleshooting industrial electrical or electronic systems. The

series includes 60, 100, 200, or 500 MHz bandwidth models. The descriptions and instructions

in this manual apply to all 190 Series III versions.
