Chapter 4: Test Twisted Pair Through a PoE Device (DSX-5000)

AC Wire Map Results

163

Note

To isolate faults when the tester shows limited wire 
map information, turn off the AC wire map test, 
then do tests on the cabling after the PoE device. 
Also do a test on the patch cord that connects the 
PoE device to the link.
