This section explains how to zero the native absolute mode of PM500 pressure
modules while in the Product, see Table 15.

maximum allowable measurement uncertainty.
Vacuum Pump
For PM500s that are zeroed sub-atmospheric
(700 kPa Absolute). Must be able to evacuate to a
pressure <80 Pa.
