Servicing VIEWCOM/E MAX+

The Web page of VIEWCOM/E MAX+ provides multiple functions related to board servicing; e.g. password protection 

for setup via VIP Setup Module or board reset. For more information, please contact Traficon.

Go to the Web page of VIEWCOM/E MAX+.

Click 

System Setup

Do any of the following:

To

Proceed as follows

Restart VIEWCOM/E MAX+

• Click 

Advanced

.

• Click 

Reboot

.

View the system log

• Click 

Diagnostics

.

Activate password protection

• Click 

Advanced

.

• Scroll down to 

Change system password

.

• Enter the password twice.
• Select the 

Enable system password

 checkbox.

• Click 

Submit

.

• Click 

Reboot

.

You will now have to enter your username (“user”) and 

password to open the VIEWCOM/E MAX+ Web page.
