7.2.2 Loading the trailer
Standing on the loading area is prohibited.
When transporting bulk materials with a high volume weight, there is a risk of overloading and damaging
the trailer. Observe the permitted total weight of the trailer.
Exceeding the permitted total weight constitutes a violation of road traffic regulations. In addition, there
is a risk of damage to the trailer. When travelling on public roads, ensure that the load is distributed
evenly across the full length of the cargo space. Other load conditions could alter the driving
characteristics.
7.2.3 Emptying the trailer
-
Ensure that the danger area behind and to the side of the trailer is clear and that there are no
obstructions or persons in this area.
-
Open the swing-mounted side panel locks via the central locking.
-
During unloading, there is a risk of injury due to the swing-mounted side panel, rear panel
swivelling out and the load being pushed out.
-
Apply hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic circuit for the tipping function lift cylinder.
-
After the load is emptied, retract the lift cylinder again.
-
Close the side panel locks and rear panel.
Always use a signaller when reversing to unload.
7.2.4 Using the side panels
When opening the side panels,
ensure that no persons or objects are in the
danger area. Be especially aware of fingers and hands (danger of crushing).
Central locking with oscillating panel
The locking is implemented with a dead point lever.
It must be ensured that there is always enough pretension.
If there is not enough pretension, it must be adjusted via the thread.
Caution:
Only operate the dead point lever with one hand on the handle.
