Tipping linchpins
The tandem three-way tipper is equipped with two tipping linchpins, which prevent
accidental diagonal insertion.
-
The tipping linchpins must be inserted in the side of
the tipper before the tipping operation.
-
Accidentally inserting the bolts diagonally is prevented
with correct guide plates.
-
The tipping linchpins are to be secured with the spring
inserts, which are fitted on the link chains within the
guide plate.

Tipping processes
-
The two linchpins must always be inserted on the desired tipping side.
Once the plug-in coupling has been connected to the towing vehicle with
at least 150 bar
and
a sufficient amount of oil is present, the tipping process can be started.
-
When tipping, the tipper must be securely connected to the towing vehicle.
-
The tipping process can also be started with the hand pump (optional equipment).
-
When tipping, particularly to the rear, the trailer must be resting on a weight-bearing,
horizontal surface.
-
Carefully lock/unlock the tipper storage area.
-
Once tipping has been completed, always lower the loading surface completely.
Do not leave unattended when raised.
-
Be careful with loads that do not slide easily.
-
No persons must be in the danger area during the tipping process.
