Transmitter

6.1.1

Opening and closing the housing

The transmitter has 2 set screws which have to be unscrewed before the housing can be opened. After the installation of

the transmitter, make sure that the housing is closed correctly and that the set screws are tightened, see Fig. 6.1.

Touching live parts

Electric shock or arc faults can led to severe injuries. The measuring instrument can be damaged.
→ Prior to any work on the transmitter (e.g., installation, dismounting, connection, start-up), the

transmitter has to be disconnected from the power supply.
