SUPAWEIGH  LIFT  TRUCK  SCALE  -  SINGLE 
WEIGHT DISPLAY FOR ELECTRIC TRUCKS 

Switch on truck.  Raise fork carriage up and down 3 
or  4  times  to  fill  hydraulic  cylinders  and  warm  up 
hydraulic oil.  LOWER FORKS TO GROUND. 

 
TO PREPARE THE SCALE

 

Switch on the display by pressing ON.  If necessary, 
press  CLEAR  to  reset  the  totaliser  on  the  top  line.  
The  bottom  line  of  the  display  should  read  +  Gross 
Wt: ---- kg.  If it reads -, press TARGET, then 0, then 
ENTER.  If Nett, press TARE and 3. 
 

TO ZERO DISPLAY

 (at start of day or shift and every 

hour). 
Start  with  empty  pallet  forks  on  the  ground  and 
hydraulic pressure relaxed.  The display should show 
4 bars (---- kg).  If not, press HOLD. 
With  mast  vertical,  smoothly  raise  the  empty  forks 
and stop  when the two horizontal marks (one on the 
mast and one on the fork carriage) are exactly level.  
As  the  forks  lift  you  should  hear  a  bleep.    Press 
ZERO  and,  when  prompted,  press  ENTER.    Wait  a 
second  or  so  and  the  display  should  read  0.    Lower 
the  forks  and  watch  for  the  display  to  change  to  4 
bars  (----  kg)  as  the  magnet  on  the  fork  carriage 
passes the switch on the mast. 
 

TO WEIGH

 

Now pick up a load and raise the forks as described 
above.  The load weight is shown on the bottom line 
of  the  display.    Do  not  forget  to  press  ENTER  if  you 
wish  to  add  the  load  to  the  totaliser  on  the  top  line.  
The  weighing  procedure  is  now  complete  and  the 
truck is ready for normal handling duties. 
 

TO OPERATE A TARE

  

If you know the tare weight press TARE, then 1, key 
in the weight and press ENTER.  Alternatively, weigh 
an empty container on the forks, press TARE then 2. 
 

TO CANCEL A TARE

 

Press TARE and 3. 
 

TO  ACCUMULATE  A  TOTAL  WEIGHT  FOR  A 
NUMBER OF LOADS 

While the display shows the weight, press ENTER.
