FTB 312 and FTS 316

Troubleshooting the FIV Power
Inverter

First check:

•

The 120 VAC power source is really off.

•

The battery voltage under load with a battery
tester.

•

The AC output voltage of the FIV. With the AC
power source off, and the battery OK, the FIV
should produce 120 VAC at 60Hz.

See Table 3-7.

Determining Filter Function from the
Power Converter

Two voltages are present at TB2 in the Power
Converter that allow you to determine correct

functioning of the filter actuator in the FH 306
Flashhead.

See Table 3-8.
