5.3 AC-Control box (not all models)
In the AC-Control box the needed capacitors for the excitation of the generator are placed as well as the electronic
control for voltage/speed regulation VCS and the starting current reinforcement ASB. The AC-Control box must be
connected with the conductions (high voltage and low-voltage) to the generator.
The front panel must always be closed, since the AC-Control box produces 400V during operation.

The negative pole and the ground are connected to the housing.
Ensure that the power supply system installation conforms to all of the required electrical system safety regulations
of your local authorities. Only a qualified electrician should install the electrical system. Especially adherance to the
regulations regarding conducters, safety switches etc.
ATTENTION ! Danger to Life - High voltage
Danger for Life. Improper handling, operation, installation and
maintenance can result in sévere persoanl injury and/or mate-
rial damage.
Electrical voltages above 48 volts (battery chargers greater than 36 volts)
are always dangerous to life). The rules of the respective regional authority
must be adhered to. Only an electrician may carry out installation of the elec-
trical connections for safety reasons.
