Flame is not moving
Flame motor defective
Contact Customer Service
replace flame motor
to
Heater turns off and
will not turn on
Heater has overheated
and safety device has
caused thermal switch to
disconnect or home
circuit breaker has
opened.
Reset switch by turning main
power switch off and waiting
30 minutes for heater to cool
down, then turning it back
on. Check building’s fuse box
