ASSEMBLY SUPPORT
1.
Open the flat cardboard box which contains the support of the gun cleaner.
2.
Take the metal plates out of the box (numbered from 1 to 4), take plate number
3 and put plate number 1 to the left of it. Make sure the holes are at the same
position and fix the 2 upper holes with the supplied bolts and nuts. To the right
of plate number 3 assemble number 2 (also fix this one with bolts and nuts)
3.
Turn over the plates so you can also assemble the other bolts and nuts. Turn over
the support again and assemble plate number 4 (small plate) to the front of the
support (fix with bolts and nuts)
ASSEMBLY SPRAY GUN CLEANER
1.
Open the cardboard box at the top and the front, then take the cleaner out
(make sure the 2 parts stay together)
2.
Put the cleaner onto the support and fix with the supplied bolts (these can be
found in the small cardboard box inside the cleaner)
3.
Take the venturi out of the small box and put it through the opening, through the
inside of the cleaner. Then fix with the supplied bolts. Fit the blue air hose to the
provided quick coupling (inside cleaner)
4.
At the left side of the cleaner you can fix a quick coupling to which you can fit
an air hose to supply the device with air (do not forget to remove the red plastic
protective cap)
5.
Fix the transparent return hose underneath the cleaner
6.
The suction hoses (1 white and 2 black pipes) are at the left-hand side, under the
cleaner. Fit these to your 25 liter cans of cleaning product (BTC 80 or cleaning
thinner)
7.
Under the cleaner: attach the free end of the blue air line to the inside connector
of the RIGHT air inlet.
8.
Attach the ground wire to the screw and attach the screw to the back of panel 3
location D. Attach the free end of the ground wire to the ground of the building.
9.
Insert the tubes with the “green” label in the wash container and insert the tubes
with the “red” label in the clean rinse container.
10. The “SOLVENT” and “WATER” labels are located in the bag with the manual.
Stick the appropriate label on the stainless steel frame above the door and
between the door bumpers.
OPERATION OF THE CLEANER
You need to start off with 2 half-full 25 liter cans.
If you wish you can pump the product from the full to the empty 25 liter can, the
following way:
1.
Put the thick black suction hose in the full 25 liter can.
2.
The return hose goes in the empty can
3.
Close the lid of the cleaner
4.
Activate the automatic cycle (+/- 2 or 3 min.) until both cans are half-full
5.
Now move the thick black suction hose, together with the thin black suction hose,
to the can that holds the return hose
6.
The other can will now only contain a white suction hose for clean material.
7.
The device is now ready for use

MONTAGE ONDERSTEL
1.
Open de platte kartonnen doos waarin zich het onderstel voor uw pistoolreiniger
bevindt.
2.
Neem de metalen platen uit de doos (genummerd van 1 t.e.m. 4) , neem plaat
nummer 3 en zet links daarvan plaat nummer 1, zorg ervoor dat de gaten
overeenkomen en zet de 2 bovenste vast mbv de meegeleverde boutjes en
moertjes. Rechts van plaat nummer 3 monteert u nummer 2 (eveneens vastzetten
met boutjes en moertjes).
3.
Draai de platen om zodat u de andere boutjes en moertjes kunt monteren, draai
het onderstel terug om en monteer plaat nummer 4 (kleine plaat) aan de voorkant
van het onderstel (zet vast met de b moertjes)
MONTAGE PISTOOLREINIGER
1.
Open de kartonnen doos aan de boven- en voorkant en neem de reiniger uit de
kartonnen verpakking (let er op dat de twee delen samenblijven).
2.
Plaats de reiniger op het onderstel en zet vast met de meegeleverde boutjes.
(deze bevinden zich in het kartonnen doosje in de reiniger).
3.
Neem de venturi uit het kartonnen doosje en breng deze door de opening, via de
binnenkant van de reiniger. Zet daarna vast met de meegeleverde boutjes. Breng
de blauwe luchtslang aan de voorziene snelkoppeling aan. (binnenkant reiniger).
4.
Aan de linkerachterzijde van de reiniger kunt u een snelkoppeling monteren
waarop u een luchtslang kunt aansluiten om het apparaat van lucht te voorzien.
(vergeet niet de rode plastic beschermdop te verwijderen).
5.
Monteer de doorschijnende retourleiding aan de onderzijde van de reiniger.
6.
Aan de linkerkant, onder de reiniger, zitten de aanzuigleidingen (1 witte- en 2
zwarte leidingen). Breng deze aan in uw 25-liter bussen met poetsproduct.
(BTC 80 of poetsthinner).
7.
Bevestig aan de onderzijde het vrije uiteinde van de blauwe luchtlijn aan de
connector van de RIGHT luchtinlaat.
8.
Maak de aardingsdraad vast aan de schroef en maak deze vast aan achter-
paneel 3 locatie D. Sluit de andere zijde van de draad aan de aardingslus van het
gebouw.
9.
Plaats de buizen met de “groene” zelfklever in de bidon met het propere materiaal
en de buizen met de “rode” zelfklever in de bidon met het gerecycleerd materiaal.
10. Plaats de zelfklever “SOLVENT” of “WATER”, die zich bij deze handleiding bevindt.
INDIENSTSTELLING REINIGER
U dient te starten met twee halfvolle 25-liter bidons.
Indien u wil, kunt u overpompen van de volle naar de lege 25-liter bidon op volgende
wijze :
1.
Steek de dikke zwarte aanzuigslang in de volle 25-liter bidon.
2.
De retourleiding in de lege.
3.
Sluit de klep van de reiniger.
4.
Activeer de automatische cyclus (+/- 2 à 3 min.) totdat beide bidons halfvol zijn.
5.
Verplaats nu de dikke zwarte aanzuigslang, samen met de dunne zwarte
aanzuigslang naar de bidon waarin de retourleiding zich bevindt.
6.
De andere bidon bevat enkel nog een dunne witte aanzuigslang voor proper
materiaal.
7.
Het toestel is nu klaar voor gebruik.
